1:Warranty Coverage

tandard Warranty We provide a [12-Month] warranty for all amplifiers and main units from the date of receipt. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Vacuum Tubes Warranty Due to the consumable nature of vacuum tubes, all stock tubes supplied with our amplifiers are covered by a [90-Day] warranty.
What is NOT Covered:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage.
Damage caused by connecting to incorrect voltage sources (e.g., plugging a 110V unit into a 220V outlet).
Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.

    2:Returns & Refunds

    30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within [30 days] of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
    Return Conditions
    Items must be in brand new, resellable condition.
    Must include all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories.
    Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of [10%-15%] may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
    Shipping Costs
    Defective Items: Musmys will cover the shipping costs for returning defective items or sending replacements.

    3:Shipping Damage

    Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the box or the unit:
    Take clear photos of the packaging and the damage.

    Do not discard the original packaging, as it is required for insurance claims

    4:How to Request a Return or Warranty Service

    To initiate a return or warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    RMA Number: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.

    Pack Carefully: Audio equipment is heavy and fragile. Please use the original foam and box to ensure safe transit.
