14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Return Eligibility

The item must be in its original, undamaged and resalable condition.
Please include the original packaging, manuals, accessories and any included parts.
A return authorization from MUSMYS is required before shipment. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Situations

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect voltage connection or unauthorized modification.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, altered or with missing original packaging or accessories.
Returns requested solely because of customs duties, taxes or import charges.

Return Shipping, Customs and Fees

For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes and any related handling charges. Original outbound shipping charges and customs-related fees are non-refundable. Please use a tracked and insured service, as the buyer remains responsible for the item until it is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

How to Start a Return

Email musmysaudio@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return and photos when applicable. We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.

Warranty

This return policy is separate from the 1-year manufacturing-defect warranty described in our Terms and Conditions.
