1. Processing Time Unlike standard electronics, every Musmys amplifier undergoes a strict 48-hour burn-in test and a final audio inspection before packaging.

Standard Processing Time: 2-5 business days.

We want to ensure the unit you receive is in perfect working condition. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimates We ship worldwide directly from our manufacturing center.

Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 5-10 business days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or holidays.

3. Customs Duties & Taxes (Important) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Our product prices and shipping costs DO NOT include these fees. If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay customs duties, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and a restocking fee. Need help with declaration value?
