1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using www.musmys.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Product Use & Voltage Warning (Critical) Our audio equipment (Amplifiers/Preamps) is precision-engineered. Voltage Selection: It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct voltage (110V or 220V) for their region before checkout. Musmys is not responsible for damage caused by plugging a unit into the wrong voltage outlet. Safety: High-end amplifiers may generate heat (especially Class A models). Please ensure proper ventilation and keep away from children.
3. Product Descriptions We strive to be as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of continuous improvement in Hi-Fi manufacturing, minor internal components (such as capacitor brands or internal wiring colors) may differ slightly from the photos, provided they do not compromise sound quality or specifications.
4. Warranty We provide a 1-Year Warranty on all amplifiers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, wrong voltage connection, or unauthorized modification (DIY modification).
5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
